Sam Le Blanc was first drawn to real estate while in high school and went on to obtain his first real estate license when attending Georgetown University. After graduation he started buying, renovating, and managing property in his home town, New Orleans. Moving back to Washington, DC in the early 90’s Sam’s entrepreneurial propensity had him develop a variety of successful small businesses in a number of markets including printing, publishing, and restaurants. Applying the business experience he garnered, Sam moved into managing finances and business for other clients. Much of that management included real estate management, leasing, and sales. In 2006 Sam returned to real estate full-time and spent the next five years working at a local management firm managing residential real estate. To capitalize on his real estate experience, in 2011, he formed his own company, Crescent Property Management. Sam resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and four children.
