After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2005, Bill served as manager of the University Transit Service for five years, overseeing a team of 160 employees. He moved to Washington, D.C. in 2013 and leveraged his managerial skills to dive into the lucrative field of property management. As a portfolio manager he thrives in addressing building and residential issues, working with trusted vendors, and enhancing the quality of life for residents, owners and board members. Bill’s upbeat personality and sense of urgency has made him a valuable employee at Crescent Property Management. Bill holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations accreditation from the Community Association Institute, and he is a licensed real estate agent in D.C.
